Eric Helleiner is a Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Waterloo. He is the author of The Neomercantilists: A Global Intellectual History (Cornell University Press 2021) and The Contested World Economy: The Deep and Global Roots of International Political Economy (Cambridge University Press, 2023).
